ARTARY Privacy Policy
ARTARY SG PTE. LTD. (UEN 201531881C) ("ARTARY", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data.
What this policy covers
This policy applies when you use our websites, contact us, submit a trial request, respond to an advertisement, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with ARTARY.
It covers personal data collected through ARTARY websites and programme landing pages; Facebook and Instagram advertisements and instant lead forms; online forms including those delivered through service providers such as GoHighLevel; enquiries by WhatsApp, telephone, email, social-media messaging or in person; and trial requests, attendance, enrolment, classes and customer-service interactions.
Personal data we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include parent, guardian or customer name; contact details such as email address, telephone number and WhatsApp number; the child’s name, age or age band, preferred campus, programme interest and trial-request details; correspondence; trial, attendance, enrolment and payment-related records where applicable; marketing preferences and consent records; and technical or usage information where enabled.
Please do not provide sensitive personal data, such as health, medical, identity-document, financial-account or other sensitive information, unless ARTARY specifically asks for it and explains why it is needed.
How and why we use personal data
We may collect, use and disclose personal data to respond to your enquiry or trial request; confirm eligibility, discuss suitable programmes or campuses, and provide booking information; administer trial classes, enrolments, attendance, payments and customer service; maintain accurate records; prevent fraud or misuse; protect our rights; comply with legal obligations; and improve our programmes, services, websites, advertising and customer experience.
We may contact you about the specific trial request or service you asked about. Ongoing marketing communications are separate: where we ask for marketing consent, it is optional and you do not need to agree to marketing to make a trial request.
When we disclose personal data
We may disclose personal data to ARTARY staff and authorised instructors who need it for these purposes; service providers that help operate our website, forms, CRM, communications, booking, payment, analytics, IT security or professional services; Meta where you interact with Meta’s products or where ARTARY uses Meta advertising or measurement tools, subject to our configuration and applicable law; and authorities, advisers or other parties where required or permitted by law.
Some service providers may process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, ARTARY will take steps required by applicable law to ensure a standard of protection comparable to that under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies
Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember preferences, understand website performance, detect security issues and measure advertising performance.
Where ARTARY enables analytics or advertising technologies, we will configure them to avoid sending form answers or other unnecessary personal data in URLs, analytics logs or advertising events.
Children and parent or guardian information
ARTARY provides programmes for children. We expect a parent or legal guardian to provide information about a child and to make trial or enrolment requests on the child’s behalf. We collect only the child information reasonably needed for the relevant programme or request.
Data security, retention and your choices
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data in our possession or control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal, accounting, operational or dispute-resolution requirements, or for a longer period where permitted or required by law.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for our collection, use or disclosure of personal data. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time using an unsubscribe link, an opt-out instruction or by contacting us.
Contact us
For access, correction, withdrawal or other privacy requests, email hello@artary.sg with the subject line ‘Personal Data Request’. We may need to verify your identity and will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled in full because of a legal exception or another legitimate reason.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
